In collaboration with LMC Law, Salford Stockport and Trafford LMC Ltd have arranged a free seminar aimed at PCN clinical directors, PCN business managers and GP Practices who are a member of a PCN. It covers the structure of a PCN and its governance, the employment of staff and the pros and cons of setting up a PCN limited company.

In collaboration with LMC Law, Salford Stockport and Trafford LMC Ltd have arranged for another free seminar ‘Handling disputes in general practice' . The seminar is aimed at GPs and managers and covers all aspects of partnership disputes. Topics covered include but are not limited to, no partnership agreement - effects of a dispute, rights of the partners; PCNs - disputes between practices - resolution - process - internal splits; difference between mediation and arbitration and informal mediation.
